As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you'll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth.

DaVita has an open position for a Healthcare Operations Manager who must be an ambitious, operationally focused and results‑driven leader. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required!

Patients come first. You have an opportunity to build relationships with your patients, while continuously improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

Available when the clinic is open.

Lead a team. Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and community.

Financial management. Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.

Autonomy. You run your clinic. You’ll have support and guidance from your director, regional peers, and the greater company.

Partner with Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards.

Requirements

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred.

Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience, at discretion of DVP and/or ROD.

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.

Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).

Intermediate computer skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Collaboration – work with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results aligning to business needs.

Other qualifications may be considered at discretion of ROD and/or Divisional Vice President.

Salary range: $86,000 – $136,000 per year. Washington exempt: $77,968.80 per year. Washington non‑exempt hourly rates: Bellingham $17.66, Burien $21.16, Unincorporated King County $20.29, Renton $20.90, Seattle $20.76, Tukwila $21.10, remainder of Washington state $16.66.
