We are seeking an experienced tax senior accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tax accounting and a passion for providing exceptional client service. Work with a team of dedicated professionals delivering quality tax services. Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses – Partnerships, C-Corp, S-Corp., LLP, LLC, Estates and Trusts. Tax planning: Prepare and analyze income tax projections, perform tax research, apply technology to assigned tasks and management of workflow. Support and promote a client service environment. Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA preferred or in progress. At least 5 years tax preparation experience. Preparation of individual, trust, pass through entity returns required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Paperless office experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in complex spreadsheets and formulas. CCH ProSystem FX tax software proficiency required. Passion for learning and increasing knowledge base. Benefits
Tax Season bonus opportunity up to
$5,000
each year. Business Development Opportunity – up to 1/3 of collections on new business development. Retirement plan – 401k Profit Sharing employer contributions = 7½ % of compensation, once eligible. Health Insurance – Firm pays 100% of HMO single coverage. Continuing education – Firm pays 100% for firm approved and direct CE. Professional dues – e.g., AICPA, CSCPA – Firm pays 100%.
