Executive Legal Recruiter (Assistant Managing Clerk)
Miami, FL (Hybrid – 4 days remote, 1 day in office)
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Salary: $125K–$165K (commensurate with experience)

Assistant Managing Clerk . This full‑time role offers a hybrid schedule and is ideal for someone detail‑oriented and motivated to work in a collaborative environment handling complex filings and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Electronically file court documents in federal and state systems
Serve process, pleadings, and other legal documents or coordinate service with vendors
Calendar and docket critical case deadlines in a centralized system
Conduct legal research and communicate findings promptly
Advise attorneys and staff on e‑filing procedures and rules
Interact with court personnel to resolve procedural issues
Assist with additional projects as directed
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a Managing Attorney’s or Managing Clerk’s Office (or equivalent paralegal/legal assistant experience)
Expertise with CM/ECF systems and state e‑filing platforms (Florida Courts E-Filing, CourtMaps, Tyler, Lexis File & Serve)
Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules (FRCP, FRAP, Florida Civil Procedure)
Experience with centralized calendaring systems (CompuLaw, Milana, eDockets)
Tech‑savvy with advanced MS Office skills; familiarity with PACER and docket retrieval systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and handle overtime when needed
