Job Description
In this role, you will apply Biophysical analytical skills in biotherapeutic drug products characterization with focus on product robustness. You will be working in a collaboratively team environment to support both early and late stage formulation development.
Execute assays such as MFI, SEC-MALS, Intrinsic Fluorescence, Infrared Spectroscopy, UV Circular Dichroism, DLS, and DSC to support the particle characterization and stability analysis.
Created and maintained record of all experiment execution in Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) adhering to Good Laboratory Practice and Good documentation practice (GDP).
Perform Safety Standard Testing of lab instruments and troubleshooting instrument errors.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
BS/MS in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline.
1 to 2 years of expertise in operating various Biophysical instruments including but not limited to HIAC, SEC-MALS, MFI, FTIR; good understanding of protein science, protein/peptide stability, and protein-protein interactions.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Additional Information This position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rahway, NJ are encouraged to apply. Compensation range is between $24-25.50/hr considering experience.
