The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Integris Health’s recruiting operations. Under the direction of the TA Manager, this role ensures smooth execution of transactional recruiting tasks and contributes to the overall efficiency of the Talent Acquisition team. The Coordinator supports requisition movement, candidate engagement, and administrative workflows that enable recruiters to focus on strategic sourcing and stakeholder alignment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma required
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
SKILLS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to work with recruiting software, run reports, and summarize results
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional presence and ability to represent Integris Health and open roles positively to candidates
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of experience in healthcare or recruiting operations preferred
EDUCATION:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Recruiters with requisition management in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including workflow accuracy, compliance standards, and timely updates to support requisition movement.
Build and maintain requisitions in ATS for posting and tracking.
Monitor applicant flow and assist in pre-screening and interest-level tracking.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, hiring events, and recruiting projects.
Assist with sourcing passive candidates and sending branded outreach communications.
Attend job fairs (virtual or in-person) as needed.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance across recruiting systems.
Provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition team—including Caregiver Recruitment, Preboarding, and Physician Recruitment—to drive requisition movement and workflow efficiency.
Assist with candidate and departmental travel arrangements and coordination, ensuring timely booking and alignment with organizational policies.
