The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team through pre-hire and post-hire activities. They facilitate various logistical and recruitment tasks to serve the needs of our future talent and internal teams. In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and HR support staff Manage onboarding processes for a seamless experience Maintain applicant tracking database Assist with managing job postings internally and externally Edit and post positions to ATS accurately and timely Post jobs on external platforms such as job boards and social media Update job requisition data for accurate reporting Manage Talent Acquisition shared inbox Communicate professionally with applicants via phone and email Resolve applicant inquiries and escalate issues when necessary Support applicants and clients throughout recruiting processes Schedule interviews for Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Hiring Managers Arrange travel for candidates as needed Collaborate on social media campaigns with Communications and Marketing teams Recruit for entry-level positions if needed Represent LP at recruiting events and career fairs Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and policies Participate in Talent Acquisition projects Adhere to safety rules and perform other duties as required What do I need to be successful?

At least 2 years of professional experience in a business or office environment preferred Equivalent experience and training demonstrating key responsibilities Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition, HR policies, and administrative procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Highly organized with strong time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred Work Environment
