What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support, including education on peripheral products and procedures
Collaborate with sales representatives and district managers to support critical cases requiring technical expertise
Educate customers on clinical results and the efficacy of the product portfolio
Support regional sales strategies, including inventory management and compliant market development
Assist in training and support activities for sales and clinical teams regarding peripheral products
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Associate degree with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in healthcare or related fields
Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical device industry practices
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically over 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Experience in the medical device industry or healthcare field
