What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support for peripheral products and procedures to healthcare professionals
Collaborate with sales representatives to support critical cases and provide technical expertise
Educate customers on clinical results and the efficacy of products in the portfolio
Assist in achieving regional sales strategies through inventory support and market development activities
Participate in training and inventory management for business unit activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma and 6+ years of experience, or Associate degree and 4+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in healthcare or related fields
Ability to travel domestically over 50% of the time
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and medical device industry
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare or field sales support
