What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design and deploy multi-agent systems that support care coordination and patient engagement at scale
Develop the communication style and reasoning processes of conversational agents
Iterate on the interface between agents and care teams, defining user experiences for collaboration
Prototype and pilot new LLM use cases to enhance the organization’s impact
Manage internal data labeling and evaluation products, including workflows and partner integrations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven track record of shipping and iterating on AI or consumer-facing conversational products
Deep familiarity with LLM-based product development, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks
Experience defining product strategy and success metrics for early-stage problem spaces
Data-driven thinker who thrives in high-velocity, cross-functional environments
Collaborative leader with a strong sense of ownership and a deep personal connection to the mission
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with multi-agent orchestration and evaluation frameworks
Background in healthcare technology or related fields
Strong understanding of user experience design principles
Ability to translate complex workflows into scalable AI systems
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
