Senior Network Project Manager
Location: USA:GA:Atlanta / 1025 Lenox Park Blvd Ne
Weekly Hours: 40 hrs, Time Type: Regular, Salary Range: $106,100.00 – $178,200.00

Our Core Network PMO team is driving the transformation of AT&T’s infrastructure through strategic planning, execution, and governance of high‑impact network and security initiatives. This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Responsibilities
Lead complex, cross‑functional network and security projects spanning infrastructure upgrades, security hardening, vendor coordination, and strategic deployments across AT&T’s core network.
Develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints. Analyze proposed projects, develop detailed project plan schedules, and identify and assemble a project team; perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects; establish and manage critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors.
Lead the design, implementation, and production life cycle of technical business initiatives including vendor management.
May use Scrum or Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management. Responsibilities could include sprint planning, iteration meetings, sprint backlog management, and other agile management activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading large‑scale network infrastructure projects, including PMATT execution and cross‑functional coordination.
Strong understanding of AT&T’s network architecture, security hardening initiatives, and infrastructure refresh cycles.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive outcomes across engineering, cybersecurity, and architecture teams.
Excellent communication skills for executive‑level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools to support iterative planning and team collaboration.
3‑5 years experience. Prefer BS degree in Math, Science or Engineering or equivalent related project management experience.
