This Senior Network Project Manager role at AT&T will require office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the specified location(s). No relocation is offered.
What You’ll Do Join AT&T and reimagine the communications and technologies that connect the world. The Core Network PMO team drives the transformation of AT&T’s infrastructure through strategic planning, execution, and governance of high‑impact network and security initiatives. As a Senior Network Project Manager, you will lead complex, cross‑functional network and security projects. You’ll manage initiatives that span infrastructure upgrades, security hardening, vendor coordination, and strategic deployments across AT&T’s core network.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints, including scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, and change control.
Lead the design, implementation, and production life cycle of technical business initiatives, managing multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs, including vendor management.
Apply Scrum or Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking, backlog management, sprint planning, iteration meetings, and other agile management activities.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading large‑scale network infrastructure projects, including PMAT&T execution and cross‑functional coordination.
Strong understanding of AT&T’s network architecture, security hardening initiatives, and infrastructure refresh cycles.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive outcomes across engineering, cybersecurity, and architecture teams.
Excellent communication skills for executive‑level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools to support iterative planning and team collaboration.
What You’ll Need
3–5 years experience. A BS degree in Math, Science, or Engineering is preferred, or equivalent related project management experience.
Compensation & Benefits Annual salary is $106,100.00 – $178,200.00 USD. Full‑time office role.
