Job Summary : The Sr. Analyst, Development, BK, US is responsible for working collaboratively with the regional Development teams to manage the pipeline of new restaurant openings and remodels, ensuring NRG compliance, and supporting our Royal Reset incentive program. This position is an invaluable execution partner, leading key portfolio management functions and managing several high‑impact workstreams in the development organization. This position reports to the Director, Development, BK, US&C.
Roles And Responsibilities
Supports Non‑Traditional Openings, Remodels, and Closure pipelines (i.e. truck stops, airports, malls, travel plazas, colleges, etc.)
Responsible for tracking and executing $250mm Royal Reset Remodel incentive program
Supports planning for following year development strategies and execution
Works cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders, such as: Legal, Real Estate, Finance, Global Business Services, and Director of Non‑Traditional Business
Owns Contract Management and Execution for all Development workstreams (Openings, Remodels, Closures)
Owns internal development end‑to‑end process for all Development workstreams
Responsible for pipeline quality and maintenance
Supports process innovation for development team to create more efficient workstreams across the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or equivalent field required
2‑4 years relevant work experience, project management experience preferred
Demonstrates effective communication, influencing and excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical skillset with ability to transform data into action plans
Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
Demonstrates high level of problem‑solving skills
Demonstrates strong business acumen to maintain and grow relationships with franchisees, brokers, and developers
Demonstrates formal negotiating skills
Has general understanding of real estate contracts and franchise agreements
Ability to prepare and present development updates to senior leadership
Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability, ownership mentality and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth
