Position Overview
Merchandising Execution Sr. Analyst – Popeyes®. This role supports the merchandising function for national and test initiatives across Popeyes restaurants, ensuring flawless execution of in‑restaurant merchandising and continuous improvement of menu board and merchandising content processes. Responsibilities
Oversee and report on all merchandising and POP (point of purchase) fulfillment for national campaigns, test initiatives, and ongoing restaurant needs. Manage all merchandising content including menu boards, digital presell boards, kiosks, and other visual touchpoints. Serve as the primary liaison with creative agencies, print and digital vendors, and other external partners. Develop and manage execution tools and guides. Merchandising Implementation Guides (MIGs). Digital Menu Board Guides. Merchandising audits, reporting, and continuous training routines. Drive‑thru and kiosk rollouts and optimization initiatives. Validate all vendor‑delivered assets through a rigorous quality assurance process to prevent errors in restaurant content. Partner closely with Marketing Managers to address restaurant inquiries related to national or market test launches. Communicate merchandising updates effectively across field teams, operators, and internal stakeholders. Track, resolve, and document launch‑related issues, ensuring timely corrective actions and process improvements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Field) to ensure seamless execution of launches and initiatives. Identify and lead special projects aimed at improving marketing execution, operational efficiency, and brand communication. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, merchandising, or project management. Strong attention to detail and process‑oriented mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Creative problem‑solver with strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience managing vendors or agencies preferred. Basic design evaluation skills a plus. Benefits
