Summary:
Maintenance is responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean and in good operating condition. Responsibilities include cleaning buildings and rooms, performing general maintenance and repair of the building’s grounds and equipment.

Essential Functions
Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC maintenance, floor stripping/polishing, carpet cleaning, snow and garbage removal.
Clean interior and exterior of the building, machinery and equipment.
Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor.
Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Keep inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment, and report any needs.
Respond to emergency calls and troubleshoot issues.
Work with contracted vendors and maintain relationships.
Low voltage experience a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
3 years of experience in maintenance.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, stoop, lift heavy equipment.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
