Job Summary CapEx Operations Program Specialist responsible for supporting OPMs to drive program schedule, budget and execution. Responsibilities include tracking equipment spend, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, analyzing data, creating dashboards and ensuring CapEx readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Support OPMs in overall program schedule, budget, and execution.

Track equipment spend by project; work with cross‑functional teams to collect production line demand and technical change impacts.

Analyze large data sets at macro and micro level; extract actionable insights for business decisions.

Partner with engineering, operations, finance to support CapEx readiness.

Track and analyze spend/savings/risks against budgets.

Review, change and improve processes to increase CapEx spend efficiencies.

Verify demands and lead the business team to ensure equipment is tracked to delivery.

Coordinate with business and procurement teams on vendor support for setup, installation, repairs and maintenance.

Respond to changes in goals, schedule or architecture.

Support milestone‑based budget releases for program lifecycle.

Create program dashboards using tools such as Tableau.

Key Qualifications

Comfortable working with large data sets and analytical reporting.

Manufacturing and/or supply chain experience preferred.

Proficiency in finance; high attention to detail.

Strong project management capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

BS/BA degree; MBA preferred.

Compensation & Details

Pay Rate: $75–$82 per hour DOE.

Location: Cupertino, CA 95014 (Hybrid).

Duration: Until 12/04/2026, with possible extension.
