What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead new business development and implementation projects related to product design and management
Develop and implement strategic business rules that support business requirements and pricing
Manage strategies related to multiple product growth and profitability objectives
Analyze market information on competitors to identify product opportunities
Coordinate the development and implementation of new product training
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of six years of experience in personal/commercial lines insurance, financial services, marketing, or communications
At least two years of previous product management experience
Undergraduate degree in insurance, actuarial science, mathematics, risk management, product management, finance, business administration, or a related field
Strong project management skills, including organization, planning, and leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and customer interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in Business Administration
Insurance licenses or designations such as CPCU, ACAS, ARM, FLMI, or Project Management Certification
Managerial experience including facilitation, resolution, delegation, and mentoring
Knowledge of telematics and performance measurement techniques
Experience with business systems concepts and data processing policies
