Collaborate with backend engineers to design and enhance platform capabilities
Provide technical leadership across cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment between user needs and technical excellence
Champion engineering excellence through comprehensive testing strategies and maintain architectural consistency
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with significant expertise in React and modern SSR frameworks (Remix, NextJS, etc.)
Expert understanding of GraphQL architecture, including schema design and performance optimization
Proven track record in delivering accessible, performant, and scalable frontend solutions
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing technical decisions across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced knowledge of testing strategies and tools (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress)
Extensive experience designing and optimizing build and deployment pipelines
Experience mentoring junior and mid‑level engineers to help them grow their skills
Demonstrated ability to balance technical excellence with business needs
