Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support vendor and contractor payment processes in collaboration with Accounts Payable Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and reporting Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA designation or active progress toward CPA certification highly preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems required
