Job Description

Immense Networks

is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for our growing team.

As a TAM, you’ll be the vital link between our clients’ business goals and the technical solutions that drive them forward. You’ll develop deep knowledge of client environments, ensure accurate documentation, scope projects, guide solution design, and help eliminate recurring issues. This is a proactive, consultative role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor—translating between business needs and technical outcomes.

This role is offered as a hybrid position for candidates based in the Baton Rouge, LA area. It includes a mix of in-office duties, client‑facing visits, and remote work flexibility. Responsibilities:

Own and maintain client documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Scope and define solutions: gather requirements, validate assumptions, and produce Statements of Work.

Act as a technical partner to Client Success Managers (CSMs), providing business‑relevant insights.

Identify and resolve recurring technical issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Oversee implementations, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated early.

Conduct proactive health checks and recommend improvements to strengthen client environments.

Continuously improve processes, templates, and playbooks while contributing to team knowledge sharing.

What Success Looks Like:

Documentation coverage ≥ 95% with no critical gaps.

Scopes delivered with accuracy (≤ ±10% variance) and healthy project margins.

Meaningful reduction in recurring client incidents.

Strong client satisfaction (CSAT ≥ 4.6/5 or NPS ≥ 50).

Active contribution to client roadmaps and quarterly business reviews.

About You:

2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical consulting (specifically prior MSP and/or project scoping experience).

Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.

Interest in client‑facing work and solution design.

Comfortable bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Eager to grow into a consultative, proactive partner for clients.

Certifications aren't required, but if you have them it's a plus.
