Job Summary Receiving and stocking food orders, and leading in proper cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including the dock area.
Details Position Type: Full‑Time, Year‑Round Pay: $15.75 per hour Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
Responsible for sanitation and maintenance of kitchen area, including the back dock area.
Proper storage and rotation of all perishable food items, and rotation of non‑perishables using the first‑in, first‑out rotation practice.
Keep back dock orderly and clean: stack milk crates, bread cases, empty beer kegs, breakdown cardboard boxes, spray down dock as required.
Ensure outside area of kitchen is clean and litter‑free.
Perform super cleaning of kitchen area including floors, mats, walls, hood filters, and dish machines.
Assist Kitchen Utility personnel as needed.
Maintain ServeSafe HACCP food sanitation program standards.
Wear required personal protective equipment while performing job.
Adhere to all safety and risk management policies while performing job.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge of dishwashing and kitchen cleaning equipment.
Physical ability to lift thirty pounds to shoulder height.
Physical Requirements
Constantly able to stand and handle dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and glassware for long periods of time.
Frequently walk, reach outward, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, squat/kneel, bend, lift/carry 10 lbs or less and up to 50 lbs, as well as push/pull 12 lbs or less and up to 40 lbs.
Occasionally sit, lift/carry 51‑100 lbs and push/pull 41‑100 lbs.
