The Sales Manager is responsible for setting departmental goals, building and maintaining relationships, overseeing the budget, motivating the team, and fostering an environment of continuous learning. The ideal candidate will provide coaching and leadership to the sales team. This role involves motivating and guiding the team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include assigning territories, reporting to senior sales leadership on achievements, and mentoring junior team members. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, and negotiating skills. Responsibilities: Strategize and project:
Plan and project team headcount and budget, evaluate reports to identify new clients, estimate future sales, and understand profits and objectives. Capture customer needs to qualify sales leads. Lead and manage:
Recruit, hire, and train the sales team, establish sales territories and quotas, and evaluate performance. Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategies and goals. Maintain customer focus:
Work with the team to meet customer goals, identify solutions, and handle complaints or conflicts affecting sales operations.
