who can help us maximize inboxing, bypass deliverability challenges, and fine-tune outbound systems at scale.
About the Role As
Email Deliverability & Infrastructure Specialist , you’ll work deep in the stack to optimize high-volume email throughput. You’ll architect and manage sending environments, troubleshoot delivery issues, and implement strategies to
ensure maximum inbox placement
across millions of sends. You’ll work closely with our campaign and lead ops team to support fast iteration and high-margin outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize outbound email infrastructure for volume and deliverability
Set up and maintain custom sending domains, IPs, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and warm‑up processes
Monitor and respond to blacklists, feedback loops, and reputation metrics
Analyze deliverability performance across providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly
Implement segmentation, throttling, and rotation tactics to maximize inboxing
Utilize or build tools to rotate content, headers, and technical fingerprints
Partner with campaign managers to align sends with lead quality, engagement, and routing logic
Stay ahead of evolving spam filters and develop innovative strategies to
enhance message reach and resilience
What We’re Looking For
3+ years working in email deliverability, bulk sending environments, or outbound infrastructure ops
Advanced understanding of SMTP, DNS, IP warming, and reputation management
Experience with dedicated sending servers, ESPs, and MTA setups
Hands‑on with tools like Mailgun, Sendgrid, Amazon SES, or custom SMTP solutions
Comfortable working in gray‑area marketing environments with a
get‑it‑done mindset
Strong analytical skills to assess performance data, flags, and sender health metrics
Self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating with a performance‑obsessed team
Based in Vancouver, WA and excited to join a hybrid, fast‑paced operation
Nice to Haves
Experience with custom rotating systems, dynamic header injection, or infrastructure cloaking
Familiarity with email content variation tools and fingerprint management
Background in affiliate, lead gen, or outbound‑driven performance marketing
