LHH is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator for a wonderful manufacturing company in Duluth, GA. This role will manage the end-to-end spare parts process while also playing a key role in driving revenue through upselling and customer support. This role combines operations and sales functions-ideal for someone who is organized, service-minded, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and fulfill incoming spare parts orders accurately and efficiently
Track shipments, manage logistics, and coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery
Maintain optimal inventory levels, process purchase orders, and assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries about availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
Identify opportunities to upsell related parts, service kits, or warranty extensions during customer interactions
Follow up on quotes and open inquiries to close sales and earn commission
Support inside sales by generating spare parts quotes and collaborating with the service/sales team
Handle returns and warranty parts processing as needed
Maintain and update parts documentation, including packing slips, invoices, and shipping records
Keep the parts storage area organized and clean
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or technical degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in spare parts coordination, inside sales, inventory management, or logistics
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working with customers via phone and email to provide support and recommendations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); ERP or CRM experience is a plus

Opportunity to earn commissions up to $1,000
