About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Logistics Coordinator
to join our team onsite in Malvern, PA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing supply chain operations. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, managing inventory, and supporting daily logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments. Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities. Resolve shipping and receiving issues promptly. Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations. Support warehouse operations and assist with inventory audits. Track and report logistics KPIs to management. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Must be able to work onsite full-time in Malvern, PA. Additional Information
