About the Role
We're looking for a Content Writer/Producer to join a growing digital media brand focused on personal and professional development. This is a part-time and hybrid role where you'll research, write, and pitch ideas weekly. The job is flexible and is best suited for someone adaptable, organized, and creative. We are looking for someone located in the DC area, or someone willing to commute to DC at least x2/ days per week. What You'll Do
Research and write scripts, articles, and social posts for digital platforms Pitch creative concepts, trends, and storytelling ideas Stay current on workplace, career, and lifestyle trends relevant to Millennials and Gen Z Assist with production, coordination, and content planning as needed Collaborate directly with leadership on strategy and execution Who You Are
Deep understanding of modern career, lifestyle, and personal growth content Passionate about social media and chronically online (in a good way) Background in corporate or professional environments (HR/recruiting is a plus) Fluent in Millennial and Gen Z communication styles Highly creative with a sense of humor Organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented Up to date on business and culture news (HBR, Forbes, WSJ, Morning Brew, etc.) Excellent research and writing skills Discreet, professional, and self-driven Compensation: $4,000/month (part-time, 20 hours), with potential to transition to full-time.
