We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead installation performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience in your market. This role will involve taking final measurements, managing job costs accurately, overseeing on-site projects, and ensuring compliance with local licensing requirements. The perfect candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong construction background and a passion for quality and customer satisfaction. Highlights of your responsibilities: Conduct final measurements for windows and doors, ensuring accurate sizing, materials, and labor costs. Serve as the qualifying agent for Marvin Replacement, maintaining all required licenses within your market. Act as the first point of contact on-site for every project, setting clear expectations with homeowners and installation teams. Recruit, train, and manage subcontractors to meet performance metrics in the market. Communicate job specifics to installation crews and provide ongoing support through the project lifecycle. Allocate materials and accurately assess job cost labor rates. Review complex projects before order submission to minimize errors. Handle project and customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. Conduct job completion walk-throughs with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and complete documentation. Regularly audit installations to assure compliance with Marvin Replacement standards. Provide training and constructive feedback to operations and sales teams. Train new installation crews and reinforce standard practices. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Create and manage purchase orders with attention to detail. Facilitate communication regarding specialty products and ensure timely paperwork submission. Maintain clear and professional communication across teams. Support operations in developing procedures and documentation, including adhering to EPA lead firm practices. Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training initiatives. You will excel in this role if you meet the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with a preference for home improvement or window replacement. At least 2 years of customer-facing experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant technologies. Strong understanding of construction documents, methods, and installation techniques. Familiarity with local permitting processes or willingness to learn.
