Job Overview Location: 5136 - Fashion Valley. Salary Range: $33,280 - $68,640 (California-based).

Full-time . This role supports store operations, sales, and staff management in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Produce sales gains by delivering excellent customer service.

Meet or exceed company objectives in individual performance metrics.

Provide consistent, documented appraisal of associate sales performance and give constructive feedback.

Adhere to visual merchandising, signage, store cleanliness, and dress code policy.

Protect company assets and manage store inventory, including receiving, transfer, and product counts.

Assist in preparing store schedules within wage control guidelines.

Open and close the store following Operations P&P Manual procedures.

Supervise associates, participate in training, recruiting, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Communicate effectively with employees at all levels and perform delegated tasks.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of relative experience.

Proven ability to generate sales results while minimizing loss.

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Basic computer operation and familiarity with retail software.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, work with hands overhead, and stand for up to 100% of the work time.

Ability to work unsupervised.

Preferred Job Required Knowledge & Skills Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Managers PT are also eligible for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
