The IT Service Delivery Technician plays a key role in providing hands‑on support for end‑user computing and service delivery operations. This role ensures effective hardware/software setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support while maintaining IT service quality and documentation.

Core Responsibilities

Provide on‑site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.

Manage service tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Support IT projects including network upgrades, AV tools, and manufacturing machine integrations.

Maintain accurate service documentation, equipment inventory, and performance reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years’ IT support or service delivery experience.

Proficiency with Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and ticketing systems.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, MCP, or ITIL Foundation.
