Madrigal is a biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering novel therapeutics for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), a liver disease with high unmet medical need. Madrigal’s medication, Rezdiffra (resmetirom), is a once‑daily, oral, liver‑directed THR‑β agonist designed to target key underlying causes of MASH. Rezdiffra is the first and only medication approved by both the FDA and European Commission for the treatment of MASH with moderate to advanced fibrosis (F2 to F3). An ongoing Phase 3 outcomes trial is evaluating Rezdiffra for the treatment of compensated MASH cirrhosis (F4c).

In partnership with the HCP Marketing Lead for NPP/media, the Senior Product Manager (SPM) will develop and execute best‑in‑industry HCP marketing efforts to support the U.S. commercial launch and continued growth of resmetirom. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: HCP media and NPP strategy, planning & execution; analytics; and other business‑critical marketing initiatives targeting Endocrinologists.

Support HCP‑directed media and non‑personal promotion efforts for branded and unbranded tactics, including strategy, planning, asset development, tactical execution, metrics/KPIs, and driving innovation (programmatic, print, SEO/SEM, endemic display, emails, social, etc.).

Help shape tactical recommendations and solutions that deliver on strategy and drive performance while meeting all FDA regulations and standards.

Support reporting and analytic efforts to assess NPP/media performance and drive ongoing optimizations.

Effectively collaborate to ensure alignment and success with cross‑functional partners including PRC/MLR, market research, analytics, IT, medical affairs, regulatory, legal, compliance, field, etc.

Help manage agency partners for tactical planning/execution, content development, manage budget, and evaluate tactical performance to ensure appropriate resource allocation and timely delivery within financial constraints.

Support marketing and commercial field teams as needed.

Motivated and agile self‑starter with a business owner mindset.

Solution‑oriented marketer who can operate in a fast‑paced environment and areas of ambiguity.

Keen attention to detail with ability to still see the big picture.

Proven agency management skills.

Proven ability to drive execution and impact across several workstreams simultaneously.

Excellent project management skills (prioritization, timelines, budget, communication, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and ability to triangulate information (connect the dots).

Capability to translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics.

Superb communication, demonstrated interpersonal skills and cross‑functional partnering skillsets.

Driven to succeed and develop professionally.

Travel is required – up to 25% of the time (including weekends as needed).

Required to be in office 3 days per week (Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA).

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree; MBA or Masters preferred.

7+ years of experience with 4+ years in biopharmaceutical commercial space – sales, marketing, strategy, etc.

3+ years of HCP marketing experience (required).

Robust experience in digital / non‑personal promotion (required).

Experience across several channels, stakeholders, disease states, and business models (required).

At least 1 specialty launch in the past 5 years (required); subpart H experience is a plus.

Experience in a smaller company (or team) environment is a plus.

Base salary range: $158,000 – $194,000 per year. Full‑time employees are eligible for equity, medical, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, 401(k) plans, and additional benefits. Travel and office requirements as noted.
