We are seeking an On‑Premise Sales Rep to sell, promote, and grow our portfolio of world‑class craft spirits, ciders, wines, and bitters in Manhattan. The ideal candidate is energetic, competitive, and persistent, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed with a family‑owned company.
Total compensation range including bonuses:
$55,000 – $60,700 per year.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and maintain effective account relationships and promote the goodwill of the company.
Represent our world‑class brands in a dynamic market.
Grow brand presence within existing accounts.
Ensure proper merchandising of accounts with permanent and paper POS.
Manage Accounts Receivable collections in accordance with state law.
Develop new accounts and expand distribution points.
Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information, and other questions in a timely manner.
Execute monthly and quarterly priorities related to business activities.
Build relationships with account personnel and supplier teams to maintain and improve customer service.
Support the Marketing Team in executing brand development programs and promotional placements.
Collaborate with the beer team to field and follow up on leads, consult on beverage programs, and provide supplemental tasting appointments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need To Succeed
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
21 years of age or older.
Passion for spirits and superior customer service skills.
Background in spirits sales with emphasis on mixology (preferred).
Ability to lift and move heavy objects on a regular basis.
Strong time‑management, organizational, and technology skills.
Positive and approachable demeanor with a willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a solicitor’s license.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to read and write in English.
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
