Responsibilities Collaborate with business partners and technical teams for gap analysis, requirement gathering, project delivery, and successful implementation of finance projects. Continuously refine and follow established processes to ensure system stability, adhering to software development life-cycle (SDLC) and change management protocols. Work closely with the global IT Finance and Supply Chain teams to support and deliver projects effectively. Engage in technical tasks such as system configuration, data manipulation, and report generation. Act as the IT Finance representative, overseeing the successful execution of financial initiatives. Assist in project estimation and before-project sizing efforts. Help train and educate local finance users on IT Finance applications. Experience Requirements Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience leading Oracle EBS Finance application projects and initiatives. Proficiency in Techno-Functional roles across multiple Oracle EBS (R12) finance modules including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and Project Accounting. Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and experienced in integrations using APIs and XML templates. Familiarity with Oracle supply chain and manufacturing modules is a plus. A thorough understanding of Oracle EBS finance processes, especially Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report. Ability to collaborate effectively with users across all levels to define requirements and produce viable solutions. Experience in analyzing business processes and translating needs into documentation and solution designs. Solid analytical skills and a commitment to customer care and system reliability. Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Tableau, is a nice-to-have. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently or within a collaborative team. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred. Experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable. Prior work experience in a SOX compliant environment is considered an advantage. Education Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Notes Your skills and experience will be evaluated in determining the pay rate.
