I am working with a client who is a fast-casual seafood restaurant looking for a Assistant General Manager to join their team. They are a seafood restaurant renowned for its focus on sustainably sourced products served in a casual and inviting atmosphere. This role is ideally going to be for a General Manager in training so is a very exciting opportunity if you are ready to take that next step!
Responsibilities
Supporting all operations
Managing the front of house team
Collaborating with front and back of house team
Establishing and maintaining team spirit
Upholding service standards
Training and supporting staff
Maintaining brand standards
Ensuring guests are having the ultimate dining experience
Key Requirements
Proven years’ experience in a similar position
Experience in a Quick Service Restaurant establishment
Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience
Strong team leader with a upbeat attitude
