Base Pay Range:
$50.00/hr - $58.00/hr
Duration:
Ongoing Contract to Hire/Perm - 6 month contract to hire
Location:
Downtown Miami - onsite 4 days a week, 1 day remote
Compensation:
$50-58/HR

Desired Skills:
4+ years of experience in technical project management—ideally within digital marketing and e‑commerce (but not required)
Proficiency with project management tools; JIRA, Trello, Asana, and CRM platforms
Strong communication skills, experience working across different workstreams, and driving alignment
Experience supporting projects related to CRM products—supporting migrations or implementations

Project delivery across multiple aspects, including prioritization and backlog management
Defining project requirements and ensuring clear communication across business units to maintain alignment
Participating in daily stand‑ups and planning sessions, providing continuous feedback and coordinating across workstreams
