Litigation Associate
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate to join their dynamic Dallas office. Their Litigation practice represents sophisticated clients across the globe in complex, high‑stakes matters. They pride themselves on delivering strategic, business‑oriented solutions—whether through negotiation, regulatory guidance, or vigorous advocacy in court.
Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including class action and financial restructuring matters.
Draft and respond to complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct and manage fact and expert discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Participate in hearings, trials, and appeals as part of an integrated litigation team.
Provide legal research, analysis, and strategic recommendations to clients and senior attorneys.
Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice groups to achieve clients’ business objectives.
Qualifications
JD degree from an accredited law school with stellar academic credentials.
Admission to the Texas Bar (or eligibility for waiver).
4 to 7 years of experience in class action, commercial, or financial restructuring litigation.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with proven experience drafting pleadings and motions.
Prior experience at a comparable law firm preferred.
Must be available to work in person in the Dallas office and comply with firm employment policies.
