Fabrication Welder Location:
Denton, TX Pay:
$18-$25 per hour Shifts Available:
Four 10-hour days, 6:00am-4:30pm(May alternate between Mon-Thur or Tue-Friday) Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on aluminum and iron for custom projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with industry standards.
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling of welding materials and tools.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in MIG welding, specifically with aluminum and iron.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Previous experience in sign fabrication or metal signage is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Knowledge of welding safety procedures and proper equipment usage.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various positions.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
