Additionally, the FSO will assist with managing the Westway Security program to include administration, monitoring of the facility, management of security metrics, maintaining access databases, personnel security documentation including access rosters and security files, and other duties as required. &##What You’ll Do • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an FSO or related industrial security experience • Document processes, program reviews, audits, and inspections independently • Interpret government security policies and implement operations program • Develop benchmarks for efficient security awareness and training • Facilitate security briefings and creation both pre and post • Maintain accreditation documentation for SCIFs and other secure spaces • In-depth knowledge of government security policies (NISPOM, DoD directives, ICDs, DCIDs) &##129504; What You’ll Bring • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information • Excellent communication and organizational skills • A “can-do” attitude and team mindset • NGA and/or NRO program security experience (preferred) • Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems and Access Controls • Experience conducting Security incident inquiries &##128272; Security Requirements • Must be a U.Citizen • Active TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor’s degree in security management or related field preferred &##128142; 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums ✨ Paid time off and holidays from day one ✨ If you’re an experienced security professional ready to take ownership of a vital program and enjoy unmatched benefits, we would love to meet you.
