Pay Details:
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth + generous commission.
Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Position Location:
This position is available for candidates based in the state of Arizona. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered.
Job Details:
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs.
Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details:
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.
All inbound representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; licenses provided through training.
Training extends over 16 weeks (licensed hires) or 18 weeks (unlicensed).
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). Expected for a minimum of 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment is provided; home workspace must meet connectivity and internet speed requirements (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
Qualifications:
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
