Job Details Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio & Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered. As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Training & Support
Paid training in a remote work environment (16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires).

No cold calls—only incoming warm leads.

Schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11am‑8pm CST) for at least 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment provided; professional workspace required with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload).
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire (paid training for licensing included).
