Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Job Details Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role.
Inside Sales Agent handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Remote work environment with a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start time (example 11 am‑8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months before consideration for shift change.
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. All computer equipment provided; professionals workspace required with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).

Skillfully engage prospects on inbound calls to turn them into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders.

Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Excellent communication skills with both prospects and customers.
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Paid training and licensing for both licensed and unlicensed hires.
Paid training includes licensing for those without a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Paid training lasts 16 weeks (licensed hires) or 18 weeks (unlicensed hires).
