Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers at the executive level to ensure maximum value from solutions Support strategic and complex enterprise customer needs, driving value realization across global teams Guide customers and account teams in developing Success Plans, including regular check‑ins and strategic planning sessions Navigate complex implementation processes with multiple partners to meet enterprise needs Engage customers to drive product adoption and mitigate churn through early risk identification and intervention What is Required (Qualifications):

8‑10+ years of experience in Customer Success or account management with a complex SaaS product portfolio Proven track record managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts (approximately 20 accounts) Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset Proficiency in using Success Plans and understanding of Jira and Confluence end‑user use cases Experience with CRM tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce, as well as BI tools like Tableau How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Established reputation as a trusted advisor with customer partners to drive outcomes Familiarity with developing adoption strategies targeting high‑value accounts Experience balancing a book of business in a customer‑facing environment Ability to collaborate internally across product, sales, support, and marketing Understanding of configuration trade‑offs for Jira and Confluence use cases We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
