What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, ensuring they maximize value from the Atlassian platform
Collaborate with customers and account teams to create and implement Success Plans, including strategic planning sessions
Manage post-sales activities through relationship-building and product expertise
Engage customers to promote early and sustained product adoption of Atlassian Solutions
Provide internal feedback to improve service delivery to enterprise customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-8 years of experience in Customer Success or account management, specifically with complex SaaS products
Proven track record of establishing trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and configuration trade-offs
Experience using Success Plans to align business strategy and success metrics
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce, along with BI tools like Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs and SaaS business models
Experience balancing a book of business in a customer-facing environment
Ability to create seamless customer experiences through collaboration across various departments
