A real estate company located in Schaumburg is seeking a temporary-to-hire Human Resources Recruiter to join their growing team. As an organization that is client-focused, team-driven, and a fast-growing enterprise, they offer great opportunities for advancement.
The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. They will be responsible for sourcing top talent and provide updates to the C-suite.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, social media, and other recruitment strategies.
Draft and maintain accurate and compelling job postings and descriptions; manage internal and external job advertisements.
Facilitate offer negotiations and support hiring managers in developing competitive and equitable compensation packages.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Requirements
3+ years of experience of full-cycle recruiting with more than 20 requisitions at a given time, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates across various roles and levels.
Proficiency in utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top talent.
Bi-lingual Spanish highly preferred.
Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills; written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (preferably Paylocity).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
