ClickUp is seeking a leader in integration design and system collaboration who has strong experience developing comprehensive end-to-end HR systems integration and data management strategies. This individual will have a balanced understanding of Workday HCM integration tools and object-oriented programming (such as Java JavaScript or Python) - along with solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

The Role
Position Summary :
As an HRIS Specialist with a focus on Workday integrations you will be responsible for designing developing testing and deploying integrations between Workday and other internal and external systems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensure successful implementation maintenance and optimization of these integrations. Key Responsibilities
Design develop and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio Core Connectors EIBs and Workday Web Services. Apply object-oriented programming skills (Java JavaScript or Python) to build scalable maintainable integrations and automations. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs. Perform unit and system testing of integrations ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues providing timely technical support. Maintain documentation of integration processes configurations and data flows. Monitor and optimize integration performance implementing improvements where needed. Stay current with Workday releases and enhancements evaluating their impact on existing integrations. Provide training and support to stakeholders on integration best practices and functionality. Qualifications
4-6 years of proven experience as an HRIS or Workday Integrations Specialist. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM including Core HCM Compensation Benefits and Payroll modules. Proficiency with Workday Studio EIBs Core Connectors and Workday Web Services (SOAP / REST). Hands‑on experience with object‑oriented programming (Java JavaScript Python) and data formats such as XML XSLT JSON REST and SOAP. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of working across technical and non‑technical teams. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality reliable solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications
Workday Certification in Integrations and / or Extend. Experience with integration platforms such as Workato Mulesoft or other middleware. Familiarity with third part vendors such as Okta Fidelity common medical benefit providers. Background in Systems Architecture HR data management or automation. Salary and Benefits
