Responsibilities
Create investor presentations, annual meeting decks, and fundraising materials
Upload financial statements, manage LP records in Investran, and coordinate LP transfers
Address investor inquiries, process confirmations, and oversee communications via inbox, portal, and reports
Establish new entities, maintain investor information, and administer employee investment programs (capital calls, distributions, onboarding)
Assist with audits by preparing and submitting required documentation
Take part in special projects, ad hoc requests, and continuous process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3–4 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, or accounting
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
Clear and professional communicator, confident when working with investors, counsel, and internal stakeholders
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Skills
Experience with Investran
