About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Sales to lead an innovative team in driving partnership and sponsorship growth. This position is critical to our mission and involves overseeing the entire commercial lifecycle—from identifying prospects to structuring impactful deals. You will play a key role in securing complex multi-year partnerships, utilizing your strategic mindset and expertise in storytelling through multi-platform partnerships.
As the VP, you will formulate and implement multi-year partnership strategies, continuously seek new commercial opportunities, and ensure all sales align with our company values. Candidates should possess at least 12 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in corporate partnerships, sports/event marketing, or media sales. We are looking for a leader who can inspire collaboration and accountability while fostering a culture of innovation.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, content, community, operations, and legal, to create fully integrated partnership platforms. A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with a deep passion for the intersection of sport, culture, and community, is essential.
This pivotal role will significantly impact our commercial enterprise growth and shape the future of partnership strategy in the soccer ecosystem. Join us and be a part of an exciting journey!
