About the Role
Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships! In this pivotal role, you will drive growth by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with national agencies, insurance companies, and various distribution channels. You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive roadmap for partnerships, leading negotiations, and ensuring that our company’s interests are safeguarded in all contractual agreements. Your insights will be invaluable to our product and underwriting teams, and you will lead the implementation of partnership programs while collaborating closely with our sales team to guarantee successful outcomes.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 12 years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, and while experience in the commercial insurance industry is an asset, it is not mandatory. We are looking for someone who excels at identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships and is a strong leader in developing and implementing long-term sales objectives. You will also provide training and support to partners, maintain a producer marketing database, and represent our company at industry trade shows. This role requires up to 50% travel and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digitally-focused environment.
