Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through base salary and commission.

Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. Applicants must reside in these states to be considered.
Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11:00 am–8:00 pm CST).
All computer equipment is provided; maintain a professional workspace with high-speed wired internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service-related experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
