Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator located in Ronkonkoma, NY. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining schedules, and performing clerical duties. The role also includes Project Coordination tasks to support senior project management and ensure smooth office operations. This position can be fast faced at times and exciting!
Qualifications
Proficiency with computer and clerical skills
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience in executive administrative assistance
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in the restoration or construction industry is advantageous
