Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, managing communication including phone calls and emails, and assisting executive staff with administrative tasks. The role involves bookkeeping, managing payroll, and other administrative tasks. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will be expected to maintain professionalism and uphold confidentiality while performing tasks.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
