About the Role

The Financial Service Representative (FSR) represents Columbia Credit Union and provides personalized service to support members in achieving their financial goals. FSRs provide creative solutions, recommend products and services, and act as a Digital Expert to assist members and staff. The role requires availability Monday‑through‑Friday 8:30 am‑6:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am‑2:00 pm. Responsibilities

Adhere to Branch Service Standards and provide an exceptional member experience. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all credit union products and services, and recommend appropriate offerings. Open, modify, and close personal, business, and fiduciary accounts. Process unsecured loan products, titled loans, credit cards, and Home Equity loans. Act as the Digital Expert, educating members and branch employees about digital products and services. Participate in cross‑functional projects and branch promotions. Accurately process member transactions using branch software and procedures. Partner with Insurance/Investment and Home Loan Departments to provide referrals. Understand basic Business Service products and support the greeter station. Exercise independent judgment within authorized limits. Ensure compliance with Currency Transaction Reporting and BSA requirements. Assist branch leadership with annual compliance audits and internal audit requirements. Perform additional tasks as assigned by Branch Leadership. Support branch growth goals through outreach (calling, email, direct mail, networking, in‑person meetings). Requirements

FSR I: Minimum 1 year of financial industry experience and knowledge of consumer account opening. FSR II: Minimum 2 years of financial industry experience with complex account opening and proficiency in loan products. Demonstrated professionalism in written and verbal communication. Goal‑oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Notary designation within 6 months of hire. Valid NMLS number or ability to obtain upon hire. Availability for scheduled shifts, including split‑week schedules and branch meetings. About Columbia Credit Union
